MR FOO YOKE SUN

Mr Foo Yoke Sun is a senior legal practitioner with over 24 years of experience, specialising in conveyancing, banking and finance, civil litigation, family law, and estate administration. His career spans private practice, firm leadership, and long-term advisory roles, making him a versatile and trusted legal counsel for both individuals and businesses.

He began his legal journey at M/s Lim Soh Wah & Rizwan, where he completed his pupillage under Mr. Lim Soh Wah and was retained as a Legal Assistant. During his four-year tenure, he gained extensive experience in banking, conveyancing, and civil litigation matters.

In 2005, Mr Foo co-founded M/s Foo & Tan, where he continued to deepen his expertise in debt collections litigation, probates and letters of administration matters, contentious and non-contentious family matters, motor vehicle accidents litigation, sub-sales, conveyancing, conventional loans and other conveyancing matters. 

In January 2009, Mr Foo joined Khairin-Nisa & Co as a Partner. Since then, he has led various matters related to property development projects, real estate financing, and banking documentation, delivering legal solutions with clarity and professionalism.
