Over Three Decades of Legal Excellence
Established on 15th September 1993, Khairin-Nisa & Co is a Malaysian legal practice rooted in integrity, professionalism, and client-focused service. Founded by Pn Hjh Khairin-Nisa binti Ismail @ Md. On, the firm has grown from its origins in civil law to become a trusted name in legal services across property, corporate, commercial, banking, off shore laws and litigation matters.
Our Evolution
In April 1998, Datuk Haw Chin Teck co-founded Azli, Haw & Co., which later amalgamated with Khairin-Nisa & Co on 1st May 2002—strengthening our capabilities and broadening our practice areas. With the opening of a branch in Muar in 2000, the firm extended its reach to better serve clients in the Southern Region.
On 12th January 2009, Mr Foo Yoke Sun joined the partnership, bringing further depth to the firm’s legal team. Today, Khairin-Nisa & Co comprises two partners and nine legal assistants, offering clients a comprehensive, collaborative approach to modern legal challenges.
